1. A full refund will be made if the club is unable to place you into a suitable team (i.e. due to lack of numbers to form a first or second team).
2. If players withdraw for the season prior to the first game and before player registration with FFA and Football Federation Victoria, then an administrative cost of $50 will apply on the proviso that all player uniform items are returned as new. The balance of fees paid will be refunded.
3. A player withdrawal fee of $150 will be deducted from the total fees paid and retained if the withdrawal occurs after the official registration of players with FFA and Football Federation Victoria, and players have been issued with player uniform kits (weeks 1 to 4 of the official season). Any request for a refund after the season has commenced must be done in writing to the Treasurer of Casey Comets Football Club. A decision will be made on the refund, and the amount to be refunded, by the Executive of Casey Comets Football Club.
4. After week 4 of the season, no refund will be given unless there are extenuating circumstances as determined by the Committee.
